“This was our first project with Kai Shian. We did a major renovation to our house and I must say that Kai Shian and his entire team was exemplary. They are reliable, knowledgeable, and very skilled at what they do.
Looking back to the beginning of the project, three things clearly stand out:
Communication – Communication with Kai Shian and his team was excellent throughout the project. Kai Shian was available promptly by phone or in person for whatever we needed to discuss. He patiently answered our many questions and explained fully, and in understandable terms, the pros and cons of each issue. Kai Shian kept us abreast of what was coming next, what decisions we needed to make, and by when.
Quality Craftsmanship – The level of workmanship is excellent! No shortcuts were taken with respect to using quality materials and techniques.
Flexibility – In every renovation work, the unexpected happened frequently. As such, flexibility is an important trait that we find in Kai Shian and his team, who were willing to take on last minute change of plan to ensure that the design of house remain user-friendly and can be maintained easily.
