Barainterior is an amazing renovation and design contractor company.  The owner, Kai Shian, is most sincere and detailed.  He proposes design and renovation for our flat that best suit our lifestyle and work within our budget.  His eye for details ensures that the work is done properly. He is ever ready to make right anything that he deems sub-standard without us having to raise the issue.  As a result, we were stress free during the renovation period and only needed to drop by once a week or fortnightly to see the renovation work progress.  We even went overseas during renovation and Kai Shian took care of everything for us, communicating online and sending us pictures of the work done during our absence.
Kai Shian went out of his way to connect us with the right people in furnishing our flat. We especially like his 12-month warranty for work done. He is responsive in checking out and rectifying minor issues that crop up on after we have shifted in.  We find him reliable.
