Successful Renovation of Our Beloved Condo

We recently engaged Kai Shian (KS) and his team to refresh our 20+-year-old condo, aiming to preserve its original character while revamping worn-down areas. Despite unforeseen challenges due to the outdated original design, KS and his team worked tirelessly to overcome them.

Their expertise and teamwork were evident in various aspects of the renovation, including plumbing, tiling, electrical works, restoring marble and parquet floorings, wall plastering and painting, doors, and varnishing. The team’s unity and responsiveness were instrumental in achieving the desired results within a remarkably short period of 6 weeks.

We’re thrilled to have our home sweet home back, now boasting improved functionality while retaining nostalgic touches that remind us of happy memories.
